Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open Fastrr → Profile → the gear icon → Account details → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all its data. It doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription: cancel that in your Apple ID settings (below).
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Fastrr → Cancel.
Does my Apple Health data leave the device?
Your activity, heart rate and sleep data from Apple Health stay on your device. Weigh-ins you bring in from Health become weigh-ins in Fastrr and sync with your account like the ones you type. Nothing from Health is sent to analytics providers or any other third party.
How do I export my data?
Open Fastrr → Profile → the gear icon → Data → Export my data. It makes a CSV file of your fasts, weigh-ins and water that a spreadsheet can open.
